The RAvENHARP Experience

The owners of RavenHarp Security Consulting are former CIA officers with several decades of combined operational experience and more than a decade spent living overseas. 

RavenHarp Security Consulting's instructors have solved some of the hardest problems facing US national security, and our mission now is to impart our lessons learned to your organization. 

Our instructors were hired by the CIA after passing an assessment demonstrating strong judgment and the ability to operate in ambiguous situations. Once in the door, our instructors received years of training to hone their judgement and decision-making skills. After passing in-depth CIA training, they worked for many years creating and carrying out some of the most sensitive and important work the U.S. Government conducts. Not only did our instructors have to plan and carry out their operations, they had to do so in secret, with lives at stake. Each of our instructors learned to evaluate opportunity, mitigate risk, and make quick and smart decisions to overcome problems differently than a typical worker.
